How to initiate Return:
To start a return, please fill out our Google Form within 3 days of receiving your order, including a picture of the product (with the tag attached) and the reason for return. A parcel unboxing video is required as proof for damaged/incorrect items.

Returned items must be unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Bridal jewelry is non-returnable, except for damaged or incorrect items, which require an opening video as proof.
