REFUND POLICY

Each Anayaa Jewels piece is handcrafted by expert karigars and quality-checked to perfection. Natural variations in stones or design make every creation uniquely beautiful, making every piece truly one of a kind.

Returns & Exchanges are only accepted for damaged transit or incorrect product receipt. Damaged items must be returned in their original state (unworn, with original packaging). Customers bear shipping/logistic charges for non-transit returns/exchanges.

All refunds will be transferred within 30 days.

STEPS FOR EXCHANGE:

Notify us within 2 days of receiving the order via email (anayaajewels2023@gmail.com) or WhatsApp/Call

Before return, send a photograph of the damaged/incorrect product for QC evaluation.

After QC approval, we'll communicate the most convenient return method.

We aren't responsible for lost/damaged packages without prior notification. Refunds occur for lost packages or if Anayaa Jewels can't provide a replacement.

NO REFUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Incorrect/outdated delivery address.

Incorrect address format, including PO Box.

Failed delivery attempts by our courier.

Package refusal by the recipient.

Sizing issues (check size guides or contact us for assistance before purchase).

Used/damaged returns.

Minor color/design variations due to handcrafting and natural stones.

Non-faulty/damaged jewelry.

One exchange per order, unless transit damage (subject to team approval).

30% charges for further design exchanges/returns.

GUIDELINES FOR JEWELRY MAINTENANCE

Ensure the longevity of your jewelry by following these guidelines:

Keep jewelry away from water.

Avoid exposure to chemicals like perfumes and sprays.

Store pieces separately, preventing contact with hard surfaces.

Place your jewelry in a pouch or box, storing it in a dry location away from humidity, moisture, fire, and heat.

Terms & Conditions for Made-to-Order: Requests for alterations, changes, or cancellations in customized orders with Anayaa will be considered only within 3 days of order placement. Notify us via email at anayaajewels2023@gmail.com. No cancellations are accepted beyond 2 working days; if requested, a 30% cancellation fee applies, with the remaining amount issued as a credit note. Exchanges or alterations must match the order value; a 30-day period is granted if notified within 2 days. A 30% cancellation fee is applicable if there's no response to order follow-ups. Custom orders on hold can be requested within the order timeline; a 30-day extension is provided. Failure to follow up within 30 days results in automatic cancellation, with a 30% fee and any remaining amount as a credit note to the client.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 

Expect delivery within 5-7 business days. 

Please be aware that shipping prices may vary based on destination and parcel weight.
